SHIPPING INFO

When will my order arrive?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping worldwide on orders over $39. For orders below $39, there is a $10 charge.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Please CONTACT US within 30 days of the delivery date so we can help you investigate ASAP. Once your items are shipped, we are not liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your carrier for more information.

Will I be charged any taxes?

Our prices do not include taxes and duties. VAT or other applicable taxes based on the country you are shopping from/shipping will be factored into the total price once you enter your address at check out.

Can I change or cancel the shipping address for my order?

In order to allow every customer to place an order with confidence, every order can be cancelled or changed before shipping out. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and carrier.

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

Shipping estimates are provided by carrier and hipping times may be affected by observed holidays and inclement weather. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?

Sorry not at this time.

Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?

Sorry, due to COVID-19, we are currently unable to offer signature-required shipment delivery service.

How do I track my order?

To check your order status, head to the ORDER STATUS page, where you can login to your account and enter the tracking number for your order.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or an APO/FPO/DPO address?

Yes. We can ship to P.O. boxes but we cannot guarantee express deliveries to P.O. Boxes —selecting standard shipping is the way to go.

We can also send to APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

-- Orders can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

-- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused with the original hangtags attached.

-- Please contact us via [email protected] to get return address before shipping.

-- Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received.

-- You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

-- International orders are not eligible for FREE RETURNS.

-- Rexingsports.com does not accept returns for third-party retailers.

How do I return an item?

Orders can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame.

INTENATIONAL

(Outside the U.S.)

Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for return shipments & cost. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Once you have received an email with your Return Authorization Number, please pack up the items you'd like to return. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and -in contrast- do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days in our internal processing procedure. If you require further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us Form.

After receiving and checking your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund request within 3-5 working days. You’ll also be notified via email once we start processing you refund request.

Do I need to pay the return shipping fee?

After applying for return, you need to download a prepaid label. Just secure this label to the outside of a package containing all items you wish to return and drop it off, which means that you don’t need to pay the shipping fee.

Intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Panties, Thongs, Underwear etc., are all FINAL SALE.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and checking your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund request within 3-5 working days. You’ll also be notified via email once we start processing you refund request.

How do I know when the item out of stock will be retocked?

If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

What size am I?

You can refer to our size charts. If you're still unsure about your size, drop us a line at [email protected] and we'd be happy to help.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?

Sorry, we do not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS

What are my payment options?

We accept major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and gift cards etc.

What currency is the site in?

All amounts on the website are displayed in US dollars by default.

You can choose the currency that suits your country in the currency option at the top right of the Home page, we accept national currencies around the world.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged when we ship your order. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards.

Why did I fail to pay for my order?

It may be due that the information you fill in is not true and valid. Please note that all the information need to fill in, including the email address, must be true and valid to make the payment successfully. In addition, we are sorry that credit cards from China cannot be used.

How do I apply my discount code or gift card?

You need to enter your discount or gift card code into the "Gift card or discount code" bar and click apply at check out and your total amount will then be updated.

Where is my discount code?

The discount code will be sent to your email. We also recommend checking your junk folder just in case!

How are taxes and duties calculated?

Duties and taxes are calculated on a country by country basis based on the items purchased, where they were made, where they’re headed, and the total order value. VAT or other applicable taxes will be factored into the total price once you enter your address at check out.

Can I use more than one discount?

Sorry we don't allow any discount stacking of any kind.
